  1. As a foodie, I've seen so many shows about skyline chili. Chili 5vways. I'll be traveling from Pennsylvania to columbus with my daughter for a sports tournament. Cant wait to finally try this. And thank you for this so i can make it for the rest of fam when i get back. Ill let you know how i think it compares! Keep up great work!

  2. looks good but never eat skyline like you do pasta and meat balls. no twirling of the pasta on your fork . you cut it like you would a cake. the reason you cut it , is so you get pasta , sauce and cheese all in one bite you can also add oyster crackers to it , if you was in Cincinnati and did the twirling they would know you was a rookie. the chili is actually a sauce , in Cincinnati we have packets in krogers that have all the spices to make the chili. real simple its called Cincinnati chili. or you can buy Gold star chili , to plate it you had it right , pasta then the sauce and a heaping mound of mild chedder , that is a three way, a 4 way you add onions and a 5 way add beans, or you can make cheese coneys. cheers , it is always fun to watch ppl make and try out the chili that are not from the area šŸ™‚

  3. Most non cincy locals end up not liking it due to having a strict idea of what "chili" should be. So its great to see when a non local enjoys this! I get a 3-way with a coney once a week!

  4. Hey man keep your YouTube going its good. I do have a suggestion tho make random sounds or like be really rough on everything your cooking like messing around screaming n stuff just a suggestion I can tell you have a sense of humor keep on cookin!!!!

  5. Cincy Style maybe. Skyline, NO! Skyline does not have Cocoa Powder. I've bought Skyline off Amazon. A 4 pack of cans. Ingredient list did not include Cocoa Powder or Chocolate. It would be interesting to find out how Cocoa or Chocolate got into a Skyline Clone Recipe. I've been hearing that for 20 plus years. It simply is not true. The internet should be scrubbed of this non sense. I am going to put in a request to the International Internet Committee to get this Cocoa, Chocolate non sense scrubbed out when the Internet Shuts Down for 24 hours next February 29th. I know some people on this committee so I might be in luck to get it trough.

  6. I like your list of spices. Being from Cincinnati there are 2 things wrong about your prep. !st they do not brown the meat. 2nd, after talking to someone that works at the commissary who knows the ingredients but not the portions, there is no cocoa or choclate in their chili.
