hi this is chef pachi and today we’re
gonna make two amazing roasted yellow
bell pepper sauces
[Music]
first thing we’re gonna do is we’re
gonna put our bell peppers in a 400
degree convection oven for 20 to 25
minutes until they’re completely roasted
and check out they look golden beautiful
and delicious
wait until they’re cool enough to handle
and in the waiting time while they’re
cooling you must cover them so that the
skin comes off easily afterwards
peel off the skin
just like you see it right here

then the little root
and the seeds
it’s beautiful bright and yellow
and the flavors are totally different
and distinct

now our second sausage with the roasted
skin
we remove the stem
and the seeds and leave the skin
the aroma of these peppers is amazing
we take our pepper and place it into the
jar of a blender blend and in seconds we
have a sauce it’s a beautiful deep
roasted
red color that looks almost like a
barbecue sauce
spread them on tortillas
on eggs and breakfast on salmon and
seafood and on finger food shibachi
delicious food amazing

  1. Just thought to ask, I noticed what looked like olive oil nearby as you were blending the peppers. Even though you didn’t mention it, but did you use the oil?
