NO BEAN Super Bowl Chili Recipe

-2 lbs beef chuck roast
-2 lbs beef sirloin steak-1 onion diced-4-5 garlic cloves minced-1/2 cup Malcom’s Bonafide Chili Seasoning -28oz can diced tomatoes-28oz can tomato sauce-1 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and chilis-1 can diced green chilis-1 Tablespoon Worcestershire-1 Tablespoon beef broth concentrate-2 teaspoons sugar-Salt and Black Pepper to taste

1.Cube the chuck roast and sirloin. Season with Bonafide Chili Seasoning and toss. 
2.Run the seasoned cubes of beef through a meat grinder using the course grinding plate. 
3.Brown the ground meat in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
4.Add the diced onion and cook 3-5 minutes then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 
5.Season with 4 heaping Tablespoons of Bonafide Chili Seasoning, Worcestershire, beef broth concentrate, salt and pepper (to taste). 
6.Add the diced green chilies, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Rotel tomatoes and chilies. 
7.Add a pinch of sugar and bring the chili to a simmer. Cook it uncovered for at least an hour – stirring often.  
8.Serve the chili with shredded cheddar cheese and finely diced white onion.

all meat no beans chili let’s get to
cooking first thing we’re going to do is
get a little olive oil going then we’re
going to add our chili ground meat now
our meat starting to Brown up really
nice it’s not quite done but I want to
go ahead and add a whole sweet onion we
hit it with about five cloves of garlic
I mined up y’all know I got my bonafied
chili mix for 4 lbs of meat we need
about four heaping tablespoons so we’re
going in dice tomatoes and I like to add
some tomatoes with some peppers in it
got to have a little tomato sauce too
can a diced green chili I’m going to use
some Worster show sauce a few dashes
then I’ve got some beef concentrate this
is just a squeezy kind add a good pinch
or two of sugar in there to balance out
that acidity in the tomatoes and to
bring the chili together taste it for
flavor add salt and pepper if you need
it and just let it simmer for about an
hour and a half I know it’s hot but I’m
going to do it for y’all cuz I love you
m

  1. I love that he added a can of rotel but then a can of diced “tomatas” and a can of dice green chilis separate

Break up the beef mince into tiny bits and fry in a pan that is as hot as most home stoves will go, in small batches stirring as little as possible, sorta like steak, otherwise it boils not fries and will not fry until the water evaporates. Oh and never drain or blot mince, that is where the flavour is, if it has too much fat after cooking it, you need more expensive beef or to eat chicken or fish or vegetables, something else.

  4. It's actually Not chili if there isnt beans but you do you… besides beans are good for you at that point your just being picky😂
