Ingredients:
1/4 of a red, orange, and green pepper
1/2 cup of onion
2 gloves garlic
3 cups of rice
oil
Coconut aminos (optional)
Instructions:
– Dice peppers, onions, and garlic
– In a large skillet heat oil on medium high heat
– Add garlic and onions and cook until translucent
– Add peppers and cook until tender
– Add rice and mix through
– Serve as is or add coconut aminos for more flavor.

in today’s video we’re making sweet
pepper rice
these are all the ingredients that
you’ll need so i have about three cups
of cooked rice
a fourth of a red pepper fourth of a
orange pepper a fourth of a green pepper
about half a cup of onion and two cloves
of garlic
so we’re going to cut all of the bell
peppers and onions
and then in a large frying pan we’re
going to add some oil
and then your garlic and your onion
and then we’re going to cook until the
onions are translucent
all right and at this point we’re going
to add in the bell peppers
and then we’re going to cook until the
bell peppers are tender
and now we’re going to add in the rice
so we’re going to mix everything through
at this step
you can add some coconut aminos just for
a deeper flavor
if you’d like or you can leave it as is
once everything is well mixed and the
rice is heated through
then this meal is done
and here is your sweet pepper rice quick
and easy meal
