Recipe calls for:
beans, diced tomatoes, ground chicken (or turkey).
Season with: Cumin. Chili powder. Salt.
That’s it. When you make this, be sure to weigh out ALL your food whenever possible to get the right calories. I got mine to be under 200 calories.
