Thicc & Creamy Beef Curry

this is how you make a thick and creamy
beef curry with super tender meat let me

rice Wow first you want to bring the
coconut milk to boil then you’re going
to add in your cubed beef add some salt
and let it simmer covered for about an
hour and a half until it gets really
tender now while that’s cooking we’re
going to grab another pan and work on
our onions first melt 3 tablespoons of
ghee and then add in two large onions
and you’re going to cook those onions on
medium low heat until they are soft and
reduced inside eyes it’ll take more than
30 minutes then add in your aromatics
and garlic ginger paste cook it for a
few minutes until fragrant add in our
seasoning mix and cook that for about a
minute now as you cook this remember to
scrape off the Fawn and then we’re going
to add in our beef along with the
coconut milk and tomato paste cook it
for about 10 minutes on medium low heat
today we’re going to be using Chobani
whole milk Greek yogurt now keep in mind
for the best flavor you want to use
whole milk yogurt cover and let it
simmer for about 20 minutes and you
can’t forget about the Tha chili pepper
