we have shown you to make delicious Zucchini gravy in the Indian style.

Ingredients:

1) Olive oil- 2 tablespoons
2) Onions- 1 chopped
3) Green chilies- 2 finely chopped
4) Garlic cloves- 2 chopped
5) Cashews- 5-6
6) Zucchini- 1 chopped
7) Red chili powder- 1 tablespoon
8) Curry leaf powder- 1 tablespoon
9) Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon
10) Turmeric powder- 1 tablespoon
11) Salt- as required
12) water- as required
13) Kasuri methi- as required

Recipe:

Step1- In a kadai, take olive oil on medium flame. Add garlic, green chillies and onions. Saute them well.
Step2- Add cashews, mix well. Leave to cool. Grind and keep aside.
Step3- In the same kadhai add ghee and add zucchini. Saute for few seconds.
Step4- Now add the salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, curry leaf powder and Coriander powder. Mix well.
Step5- Pour water and mix well. Let the zucchini cook well.
Step6- Now add the ground paste and mix well. Add water to adjust consistency.
Step7- Sprinkle some Kasuri methi and serve.
Step8- Serve hot and Tickle your taste buds.
