chili recipe in my house | prepared by bangla khabar | cholar ghugni recipe | chilli/chana/chickpea

Ingredients:

2 cups chilli/chana/chickpea
2 medium sized potatoes
3 medium sized onion pieces
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of cumin paste
Oil Noon tastes good

Preparation:

Soak the chilli in 6-7 cups of water for 7-8 hours.
Boil the chilli with water in a pan. When it is cooked, it is waterlogged
Wash a little. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Now heat oil in a pan
Soften the onion and fry it. Onions
When fried, fry for 1-2 minutes with all the spices.
Thence leave the lentils inside the spices for about 6 minutes
A small amount of water by stirring. And cook for 7-4 minutes with the lid on
Let it be. And often give the same amount of water.
Then cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. When cooked, remove and heat
Serve.
