Beef masala kaleji is a flavorful dish made with tender beef liver. Here’s a simple recipe you can try:

Beef Masala Kaleji Recipe
Ingredients:
500g beef liver (kaleji), cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
2-3 green chilies, chopped (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute.
Add the beef liver pieces and cook on medium heat until they change color.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes or until the liver is tender.
If the liver releases excess water, uncover the pan and cook until the water evaporates.
Garnish with chopped green chilies.
Serve hot with naan, paratha, or rice.

to make Kaleji, we have liver, we washed it and kept it well. And
also we have chopped onion and this we have tomato paste ginger
garlic paste sabaj chilli sabaj coriander and this we have finely long chopped ginger and lebu
and this we have green onion and a cup of curd If you are new to our

will put oil in the pan

fry it well
