#Homemade Chilli Paneer
Enjoy the easiest way of cooking 🙂 lockdown special Homemade Chilli Panee.
Note :- Always Use same cups/glasses/Spoons for below mentioned measurements.
Ingredients : –
Paneer – 150 grm – 250 grm
Salt – As per taste
Cornflour – 2 spoon (1 for marinate and 1 for sauce)
Oil – for frying paneer and making chili paneer
Green chili – 2 or as per taste
Chopped Capsicum – 1 whole (big)
Chopped Onion – 1 whole (big)
Garlic cloves – 3 – 4
Black Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
Mix Spices – 1 teaspoon (black pepper, garam masala, red chilli powder, black salt)
Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Soya Sauce – 1 tablespoon
Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup – 4 tablespoon
Water – 50 ml
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon (optional) for garnishing
