How to make Beef Pepper Curry/Beef Pepper Masala.
For 1KG Boneless Beef Meat
In a pressure cooker heat 1 tbsp ghee or clarified butter and 2 tbsp oil.
Add bay leaves,cinnamon sticks,cardamom,cloves,1/4 tbsp fennel or saunf, 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds.
Add 5 slit green chilies,curry leaves, chopped garlic and saute.
Add chopped ginger and saute.
Add chopped 2 onions and fry till onion starts turning brown.
Add beef meat, saute and cook for 3 minutes.
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,salt as per taste,crushed black pepper powder as per spice level, saute and cook for a minute.
Add 3 chopped tomatoes, saute and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chopped coriander leaf stems and stir.
Cover with lid and pressure cook the meat till soft and tender.
Switch on flame Add more crushed black pepper and chopped coriander leaves to the cooked meat, stir well and switch off flame.
Serve hot!
You can adjust black pepper as per your spice level.
