Ingredients :
1-2 lbs Ground turkey cooked
2 bags cauliflower rice cooked
3-4 bell peppers sliced
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions :
Spray casserole dish with avocado oil
Spread bell peppers in bottom of dish
Add cauliflower rice
Add ground turkey
Top with mozzarella cheese
Cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
Turn the oven up to broil and cook for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is golden

you name it um this one will definitely be in there this is a real quick uh casserole that you can make ahead of time you depending on how big your family is um you can you can make this I mean this will feed Renee and I for three or four meals easily um that you can do it as small as as just a couple of people you can make it bigger for larger GR fruit and uh it’s going to taste really good this is one that I like reheated you guys and you can for lunch um you can put it over lettuce the next day I love tortillas it’s my weakness so I will actually put this in a tortilla tomorrow for lunch we use the mission brand low carb tortilla so it’s it’s a low carb meal it’s not a uh probably not a keto meal but um I’m just a I am just a bread girl okay I need my tortillas I need bread I do so I’ll I’ll eat eggs in a tortilla I will eat dinner in a tortilla that’s always been my way okay so what I’ve got going here um I’m Browning up a couple of pounds of turkey ground turkey you can use any ground meat you want you can use beef chicken um we’re using turkey because we don’t eat beef as much as we used to um we have both discovered that uh beef is pretty hard to digest it takes a while takes at least a day okay at least a day it’s uh I had something the other day that had beef it was beef and it was uh and my stomach was a little cranky for a day or so yeah hey Kathy hey Sher hey Don hey Denise hey Jennifer make sure you guys are saying hello as you’re jumping on we are so happy that you are joining us so I haven’t put any seasoning in this um you can season it however you like uh salt pepper garlic powder onion powder um paprika any way you want want to season this Italian seasoning you could do that and get it a little different flavor each time you cook it if that’s what you want to do um we’re just going to do this one uh plain and then if uh it needs seasoning when we when when I serve it we will add some salt and pepper or whatever I think it needs I think the peppers you get a lot of salt out of and the cheese too I get a lot of salt out of cheese okay so I’ve got this all brown up I’m going to drain this just a little bit um I’ve already cut up four um bell peppers we use the yellow and orange and red ones you can use the green ones if you like you can use the Aloha the multicolored ones we really like those but I haven’t seen them in a couple of years now so I don’t know I think we found them last year it must be just that not good um yeah just not a good crop of them or something but I’ve cut those up into small bite-sized pieces I’ve uh sprayed some avocado oil into a Cass dish and I’m going to lay the uh just lay the bell peppers out in the bottom then I’ve got uh two bags of U Frozen cauliflower rice you can use the Frozen you can use you can take a um a uh cauliflower head of cauliflower and and rice it up yourself in a food processor if you want to and I’m just going to spread that over the top then I’m going to drain this uh turkey and we’re going to going to um pour in over the top as well so if you guys want the recipe you can put recipe in the comments and we’ll send it to you or you can go over to team Terry keto.com I know this is kind of far off so he just did a casserole dish lined the bell peppers lined the coliflower rice and then we’re going to line the turkey too so it is going to tastes amazing super easy you can actually make this ahead of time put it in your refrigerator and then if you’re a busy mom and you come home and all the kids are home from school you can do all the things and when it’s time for dinner throw this in the oven and you are set absolutely set hey Mary hey Carol hey Joyce bety we will definitely get you the recipe and Sam as well oh and Mary too hey Mary how are you okay so I just took the uh the turkey and laid that over the top now I’m going to add some uh mozzarella cheese to the top of that I’m going to cook this in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes then I’m going to turn the broiler the the uh oven up to broil and just let it cook for another 5 to 10 minutes keep an eye on it when you do that and just all you’re looking for is to toh get a nice Brown on the cheese yes so and that’s it that’s all there is to it super simple you guys um if you are not already in our group make sure you go over and join that it’s team Terry living on Facebook so you can just go to you guys take whatever you put in there and put it into I think it’s Fitness Pal is my favorite one so when I send you the recipe you can copy that exact recipe and you can put it in there and it’ll tell you the macros based on your serving size so in the recip recipe is going to say 1 to 2 lbs of turkey if you do one then you’re going to put that in it’s going to say one to two bags of cauliflower rice cuz it’s going to be on the size and then you can just put that in and get your Macros just depends on how much of it you want to make it’s just you and and or you and one other person then you want a one pound and just probably one or two bell peppers and one bag of cauliflower rice yes just make it to your size and or if you want a meal prep and you you want to have leftovers for a day or two then uh double your recipe which is easy to do exactly so if you guys are just jumping on you’re going to definitely want to comment recipe go back to my page and watch this
