Goes so well on the Blackstone. Diced up chicken breast and let it marinate in the sauce, then to the flat top with a bag of stir fry veggies. A little extra sauce along the way for some extra razzle dazzle.

How’s the flavor compared to the hot & spicy?
I have both, but haven’t used hella hot yet.
I’ve never tried this stuff in any form. Is it much different than American bbq sauce?
Cheers friend! I just got my first bottle of this sauce yesterday! It’s pretty good I think, unmistakably BBQ, definitely hotter than I expected, with a noticable hint of (I think) ginger. I just ate it on pizza but your stir fry looks tasty as hell.
Hella hot actually surprised tf out of me and immediately became a staple.
I think their sauces work pretty well as marinades. Expensive marinades, though.
I love their sauces and have 4 of them in my fridge.. didn’t know this one excited and now I need to find it!
Just used this stuff tonight on burgers with some crushed pineapple. They came out great. I think I like the sweet and spicy more just for the flavor of it, but the Hella hot is still fantastic.
