Cabbage chili anchovies Indian Malaysia style stir fried simple home made recipe..so yummy!
Ingredients:
1 big red onion – nicely chopped
3 cloves of garlic – nicely chopped
1 red chili – nicely chopped – Tip : if don’t want high spiciness,remove it’s seeds
1 green chili – nicely chopped – Tip : if don’t want high spiciness,remove it’s seeds
1/2 tea spoon cumin
1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds
10 curry leaf
Long Chinese cabbage – chopped according to your desire
Cooking techniques:
Add some oil into pan,wait until heat then lower the flame to lowest.
Add mustard seed then cumin seed,wait 30 seconds
Then add chopped onion,garlic,red chili,green chili
Then add anchovies & curry leaf & mix well until 3/4 cooked,then cover wit lid for a while maybe 1 minutes
Then add the cabbage and mix well with all ingredients – can increase heat
Add some seasoning and salt then cover again with lid,wait for 2 minutes
Then mix again and add some turmeric powder,just a bit the salt if not enough and mix well until fully cooked
Now Humble Indian style chili anchovies Chinese long cabbage stir fried recipe is ready,can eat just it’s own or with plain rice…so yummy
