Does Taco Bell cook food or do they reheat already prepared food?

I had been discussing that I don’t eat Taco Bell anymore because the food quality declined and I kept getting sick every time I went.

I was mournfully telling a friend that I wish I had know that my last time eating at Taco Bell would be the last time.

I’ve had the same issue with other fast food where the taste of the food changed drastically and suddenly.

My friend told me that Taco Bell had switched to pre-prepared food that the workers heated up and that is probably the difference that I am noticing?

Is this true?
