Found a place at a local market that sells habaneros and Carolina reapers for quite cheap, it's like finding a damn gold mine.
I'm quite used to cooking with habaneros, but never had reapers, any good recipes for them?
The taste isn't as pronounced as other peppers I've had

Peppers freeze quite well too if you want to keep them for a rainy day

I made this almost 3 yrs ago and I’m still working on the bottles. Gets better over time.

Thanks for all the replies, I’ll be sure to try these recipes.
In the meanwhile I made a shakshuka with anaheims and habaneros for the base and flavor, and put one reaper for a test, and was pleasantly surprised, my sorta spice levels

Always make a sambal to enjoy more times 😉
Vinegar+salt and pickle them
