36 pages. Grateful I still hung onto this all these years. I was drive thru cashier in 11th-12th grade, 16-20 hours a week. Fast food was still cash only. Chalupas and Gorditas rolled out for the first time when I was there. I remember going to chalupa training one Sunday afternoon. I worked there until I graduated high school. Good times indeed.
