Here is what you’ll need!

INGREDIENTS
GREEN CHILIES (BIG) BARI HARI MIRCHAIN 6
FILLING:
CHICKEN MINCED MURGHI KA KEEMA 1/2 CUP
WATER PANI AS PER NEED
CHILI GARLIC SAUCE 1 TBSP
GARLIC PASTE LEHSAN KA PASTE 1 TSP
ACHARI MASALA:
NUTMEG POWDER JAIFAL ½ TSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER KAALI MIRCH POWDER ½ TSP
RED CHILI POWDER LAAL MIRCH POWDER ½ TSP
SALT NAMAK TO TASTE
FENUGREEK SEED METHI DANA ½ TSP
NIGELLA SEEDS KALONJI ½ TSP
FENNEL SAUNF ½ TSP
MUSTARD SEED RAE DANA ½ TSP
MAYONNAISE 200 GRAMS
EGGS ANDE 2
ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR 1 CUP
CORN FLOUR 1 CUP
RICE FLOUR ½ CUP
BRREAD CRUMBS 2 CUPS
COOKING OIL

DIRECTION:
1. Remove the seeds of green chilies .
2. Place in Cold water.
3. Cook minced chicken and let it cool down.
4. Once it’s cool down add chili garlic sauce, garlic paste, salt red chili powder, black pepper, nigella seeds, fenugreek seed, mustard seed, fennel, nutmeg powder & mix well all the spices.
5. Now add mayonnaise.
6. Mix well.
7. Now take out green chills from cold water and dry with a piece of cloth.
8. Fill the chilies with prepared filling.
9. Close the cut, press gently
10. Beat eggs.
11. Mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour and set aside.
12. Coat with flour mixture.
13. Now dip into eggs and finally into bread crumbs.
14. Repeat the procedure of eggs and bread crumbs.
15. Rest for 10 minutes
16. Deep fry the chilies.
17. Serve hot with your loved ones.
