I swear this place was created to be a carbon copy of the original Taco Bell. The menu is almost exactly the Taco Bell menu from the early ‘80’s. Some of the items aren’t perfect 1:1 versions, but boy do they stuff everything. They don’t skimp on the filling and extra cheese means EXTRA cheese (like, open the wrapper and cheese comes spilling out over the top of the taco, extra cheese).
Chilada: original Taco Bell Enchirito
Super Taco: Taco Bellgrande
Taco Lite: original Taco Bell Taco Light
Super Salad: original Taco Bell Taco Salad
Super Nachos: original Nacos Bellgrande
Casa Delights: thicker version of original Taco Bell Cinnamon Crispas (which were really just an Americanized version of buñuelos)
Frijoles: original Taco Bell Beans n Cheese (basically just refried beans, red sauce, and cheese)
As I mentioned, some of the stuff isn’t a perfect 1:1, for instance Taco Bell always made their own tortilla chips and these are just cheap tortilla chips bought wholesale, and the cheese sauce is generic stadiums cheese sauce. But everything is really good, and they brew their iced tea.
