I ordered the red because it’s what I know. I asked for a small sample of the white too, to compare. They were both just ok, but after I added the onions, jalapeños and squeezed 3-4 limes in, they both boosted to a solid 7.5-8. The tortillas were perfect! And a huge stack, I didn’t finish them. The place is Tienda Concha y Huicho’s. I’m getting menudo here every time I’m hung over until I find a better place!
