

Hi y’all, relatively new here and don’t know a ton about peppers just some basic stuff. My mom brought me this pepper yesterday but I have no idea what it is. I’ve got two angles on here and a single very long thin pepper on it. She claims they’re only mildly spicy – which I have no idea what that could mean in terms of Scoville. She likes to slice them open, pour hot oil with tempered mustard seeds on top and eat them as a side dish. I’ll have to get with her about where she got it from but I believe it may have been my Aunt so who knows where from there.
Should I pick the single one I have and just bite into it and see how it goes?
