🏵This is simple and Yummylicious snack to serve your loved one’s . This is Gluteen-Free, Eggless, and Chemical Free. 🏵
♦️Recipe : Rawa Chilli Idli
♦️Preparation time : 10-20 min
♦️Serves – 5 per
♦️Total time : 10-15min
RAWA CHILLI IDLI
🌸INGREDIENTS-
8-10 Piece – Idli
1/2 cup – Onion
1/2 cup – Capsicum
2 teaspoon – Garlic (diced)
2 teaspoon – Ginger (diced)
1/2 teaspoon – Chili Flakes
1 teaspoon – Oregano
4 TBs – Tomatoe sauce
2 TBs – Grenn chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon – Soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon – Blackpeper
1/2 teaspoon- salt
2 TBs – Water
4 TBs – Oil
Half lemon.
How to make it ?
Firstly, chopped the Idli’s the way shown in video.
In a hot pan, Grease the pan with oil and add the chopped Idli untill it grilled well.
Now, in a same pan – add 2 TBs of oil, now add garlic, ginger and saute well.
Now, add the oregano, chilli flakes and mix it well.
Its turn to add capsicum and fry well. When they are at the edge of being soft add onions into it.
When the Veggies are done. Add, salt, peper and all the sauces one by one in the given measurement or as per your taste buds.
When the veggies and sauces are mixed well and the water mentioned above.Time to add the fried Idli. And, cover it with lead and let it. Idlies are ready to serve.
