Joline's Garlic & Chili Pepper Shrimp Appetizer

Recipe for 2 people or 2 servings
1 lb of large shrimp
2 Tbs of fresh garlic
1 Ts of salt
1 Ts of pepper
1 Ts of chili powder
2 Tbs of dried chili pepper
1 Ts of chili seeds (optional)
1/2 of fresh parsley (dried parsley if fresh not available)
1 Tbs of thyme
1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
1 Tbs of lemon juice (use lime if lemon not available)

Directions

Wash the shrimp whichever way you always do (I used distilled vinegar and/or lime). Rinse the shrimp seasoned with lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili powder, and a drop of olive oil. Let it marinate for a couple of hours if you can. Then add oil and garlic to the pan. When ready, add shrimp and cook both sides. Add all the other ingredients and let it simmer for about five minutes.
You may use flat bread, wheat bread, or even french fries to enjoy this dish.
