VEGAN HEALTHY SKYLINE CHILI
What you need:
2 Tbsp olive oil
250 g vegan ground beef
1 diced yellow onion
2 chopped carrots
2 freshly diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp tomatoe paste
1 package crushed tomatoes
100 ml water
50 g baking chocolate
1 Tsp Chili powder
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp cumin
1/4 Tsp All spice
1/8 Tsp ground cloves
1/8 Tsp freshly crushed black pepper
1/2 Tsp salt (more if you like)
1-2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar (taste how much you like)
Vegan cheese and freshly chopped chives for topping if you like
Cook your pasta in a large pot with salted water.
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan and roast the vegan ground beef until lightly brown.
2. Add carrots, onions, fresh tomatoes and tomate paste and stir.
3. Add the chrushed tomatoes and water and stir carefully.
4. At next add the baking chocolate, all dry spices and apple cider vinegar. Be careful with the vinegar!
5. Let it cook for about 5 – 7 minutes.
If you like you can top you chili pasta with chopped vegan cheese and freshly chopped chives.
