hey guys today I’m going to sh with you how to make some delicious marinadas along with my homemade chili powder so if you want to learn how to make them just stay tuned and I’ll show you how all right guys so here I already have all of my ingredients as always they will be listed in the description box so with that being said let’s begin prepping okay so we’re going to begin by prepping our corn so we’re just going to remove that corn husk just leave behind about one or two layers okay now we’re just going to remove the stick them and the tops of the Corn and once we have them like that we’re going to soak them in water for about 10 to 20 minutes okay so when we wait for a corn we’re going to prepare our chili powder I already cleaned my chili pots with a wet pepper towel so now once we have them ready we can take them to the stove I’m going to be using three California and three New Mexico chili Pots if you don’t want your chili powder to be spicy you just use six Chile wos along with that one Chile ancho and I already have my kumal over medium heat and it’s nice and hot we’re just going to be toasting them for about 30 seconds per side so once our chil clts are done we’re going to remove them from the Heat and we’re just going to allow them to cool down so just give it a couple minutes okay and after a couple minutes our Chile should have cooled down and they should be nice and hard so we’re just going to transfer them to our blender cup along with 2 teaspoons of cor salt and 2 teaspoons of lemon pepper seasoning and now we’re just going to pulverize okay and just like that we have our chili powder and now we’re just going to sift it okay once we have sied our chili powder this is what it should look like here you can taste it for salt and see if you need to adjust it but for me this is always perfect and just like that we have our homemade chili powder and you can always reserve the chili FL flaks right so once we have our chili powder and our corn has been soaking for at least 10 minutes we’re just going to drain the water and now we can get ready to cook our corns okay so I already have my grill set over medium heat and it’s nice and hot so now we’re just going to place our corn on the grill so now we’re just going to cook on 15 minutes so make sure to rotate halfway with the lid close okay so it’s been 7 minutes going to flip them over to the other side okay after 8 minutes my corn is done they should be nice and soft just going to remove them from the grill and get ready for the fun part okay so now we’re just going to peel our corn okay once we peel our corn we’re just going to cut into small pieces and it should be very soft so you shouldn’t struggle I’m going to transfer them to a little bag where I’m going to be preparing them going to season with a little salt I’m going to squeeze some lime juice going to be adding some chili lime Mayo some GMA Mexicana some butter G and of course our chili powder you add as much as you want going to close the bag and massage it so everything can get on the corn and just like that we have a delicious marinada you can enjoy it out of the bag or just transfer it to a bowl all righty guys and now for the best for the taste test now let me tell you guys that grilling season is here and this is honestly the best way to enjoy your Mexican street corn and the chili powder it’s honestly the best so hope you give it a try and enjoy it just as much cheers and enjoy m seriously so perfect and the best part is then you get to top it however you want all right guys and there you have it how make some easy and delicious maradas I hope you guys enjoy watching this video and if you did please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up share with your friends and family and if you r at this recipe please don’t forget to tag me on any of my social medias and if you to my Channel please hit that subscribe by and so you guys be part of our family thank you so much for watching and I’ll see you guys on my next video bye

  1. Happy First of the Month my beautiful family, this is just one of many reason to be thankful for 🙏🏽❤️ now tell me how do you like your corn?

  2. Jesus Christ loves you and He waiting for you returning to the Lord Christ Jesus. Mary isn't save you..

  3. You look SO cute, if I could say. I don't think I've had corn or corn-on-the-cobb any other way except with butter & maybe some salt. Grilling it seems interesting 🙂. Have you ever made Corn Chowder? My family used to at times make a Weeks version which we still make these days. I mean I haven't made it myself yet. I think the only thing I've made myself was cornbread. They thought it was pretty good. I put in a good amount of butter. Butter is like the magic substance, on the side of oil.

  4. I'm an Anglo…but born and raised in SoCal. Now living in Nebraska. I love watching your recipe posts!
