Chili Garlic Prawn Noodles
Ingredients
Noodles – 300 Grams
Prawn – 200 Grams
Cooking Oil
Butter
Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Red Chili Sauce
Vinegar
Garlic
Green Chili
Onion
Red Cabbage
Beans
Carrot
Mushroom
Baby Corn
Red Bell Pepper
Yellow Bell Pepper
Pepper

Method
1. For the prawn to marinate – take 200 grams of prawn in a bowl, add 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp oyster sauce and 2 tsp pepper, mix them well and leave it 15 mints.
2. For the noodles to cook – take a pan, add enough water and some salt as required. Once the water starts to boil, add 300 grams of noodles, close the lid and leave it for 10 mints.
3. When the noodles cooked enough, add some oil so that it won’t stick to each other, then off the flame and strain it.
4. Now take a pan, add 2 tbsp butter and heat it. Then add finely chopped garlic and marinated prawn, and fry it gently.
5. And add chopped green chili, 1 thinly sliced onion, chopped red cabbage, chopped beans, small sliced carrot, some mushroom, some baby corn, some thinly sliced red and yellow bell pepper, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp red chili sauce, and some pepper and salt. Mix them until the vegetables get fried slightly.
6. Finally add the cooked noodles and toss it all together.
7. Serve it hot.
