Ingredients for Mutton White Karahi Recipe :
1/2 Kg Mutton
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Cup Yogurt
2 Tbsp Thick Cream
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Green Chili (chopped)
1/2 Tsp White Pepper (powder)
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala (powder)
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
Water as needed
FOR GARNISHING :
2-3 Green Chili
Fresh Coriander
Sliced Ginger
METHOD :
Boil the meat with ginger garlic paste , salt , green chili & 1 glass water until meat is tender
Heat oil add onion & cook for 2-3 minutes
Add boiled mutton fry for 2 minutes
Add yogurt , salt , coriander powder , white pepper powder , garam masala powder ,& lemon juice
Cover & cook on low flame until all water dry
Add thick cream & mix well
Add green chili , fresh coriander , sliced ginger & simmer for 2 minutes
