Double Stacked Taco… with plastic and Doritos?

I'm okay with the Doritos… but could have done without the blue plastic, lol. At least the plastic was my first bite and not my last!

Just out of curiosity, anyone know what product the blue plastic came from? It had a circle lightly imprinted in the middle and was triangle shaped.
