I’m a newbie and realize now I probably should have pruned the top much earlier in the season, but this is what I got now. Any suggestions?

If this was my plant, I would not prune anything. It most likely won’t get any larger due to the pot it is in. A jalapeño plant can easily be in a 5 gallon grow bag by itself

At this point try staking it to get some stability
