1½ teaspoons cumin powder
350g Paneer or cottage cheese
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 fresh green chili, very finely sliced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon sugar
Spring onions or handful of Coriander leaves
lemon wedges, to serve
