    I have a Romanian/Hungarian background and so I make a a very similar dish called letcho (pron. leh-cho) but without garlic or basil, which is your Italian touch. I add a few more tomatoes and salt to taste and make it as a side dish. Very similar and also delicious.

  10. I do my peppers like this though when I pull the pan off the heat I stir in a splash of Balsamic Vinegar..
