


Smoked pork shoulder, slathered in buldak as a binder, and super spicy rub/chili powder. Smoked on pecan for 6 hours, wrapped and spritzed with apple cide vinegar, bourbon,honey and threw some peaches in there. Smoked for another 2 hours.

Sounds awful. Buldak is like, only spice and sugar. Can’t imagine eating that with tacos.
