Ingredients
Chicken pieces boneless 500 gms
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Soy sauce
Chili sauce
Vinegar
Tomato ketchup
Chopped garlic
Chopped green chili
Chopped green onions
Lemon juice
Onion
Capsicum
Red chili
Green chili
Cornstarch
1 egg
Oil
Salt, sugar

Method
In a bowl take 500 gms of chicken pieces. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Combine well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes add 1 egg and 4 tablespoons cornstarch. Mix well. Heat oil for frying. Fry the chicken . Keep aside. Reduce the oil to 2 tablespoons. Add 4 red chili, 1 tablespoons chopped garlic, when nice aroma comes add 1 large onion cut into cube size and 1 capsicum. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon chopped green chili. Add 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce and 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup. Also add 1 tablespoon red chili sauce and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Mix well. Add 1teaspoon sugar. Saute for 1 minute. Now add the fried chicken. Mix well with the sauce. Add 1 cup water and cook for 3 minutes. Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water. Add the mixture to the gravy. Shimmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. Chili chicken is ready.
