2nd attempt at Sopes. How’d I do?

Photo kinda sucks but oh well they’re gone, can’t take more. Toppings: “Refried” bayo beans, some left over grilled/smoked picanha (aka beef sirloin cap), salsa, avocado, crema, pickled onions, cilantro and a bit of queso fresco. Idk maybe too much going on but it was delicious.

The salsa started out as Herdez brand salsa verde I punched up with guajillo, de arbol, and (fresh) ghost pepper chiles. Normally I make my own but the tomatillos at the store were trash.

This is my second attempt at sopes, and I’ve had them maybe a dozen times from restaurants in the US. Just looking for some feedback from people in the know. Thanks!
