ingredients: 4oz lean ground beef, 2 small low carb flour tortillas, 1/4 cup dill pickles, 1 slice cheese, 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 avocado sliced. press patties into the tortilla and pan fry meat down

3️⃣ Shrimp & Chickpea Pasta

ingredients: 4oz cooked shrimp, 1/3 cup banza pasta or 1/3 cup chickpeas, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved, 1/4 cup cucumber diced, 1 tbsp diced onion, 1/4 cup feta cheese. mix 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper to top

ingredients: 4oz chicken or turkey sausage, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup bell pepper chopped, salt and pepper, 1/2 cup cauliflower rice cooked

5️⃣ Easy Garlic Chicken

ingredients: 4oz chicken breast cubed & pan cooked in Italian seasoning, then add 2 gloves garlic minced, 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped, 1 cup broccoli, 2 cups baby spinach, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 2oz reduced fat cream cheese and cook through.
