i think a better sauce for this application is either making your ranch or using your favorite bottled ranch and just mixing in some chipotle hot sauce

Did you marinade the steak or season it? Cooked in skillet or on grill? This sounds better than taco bell cause I tried their steak a long time ago and I wasn’t a fan ; but also never cooked this type of steak

I bought that taco bell jar cheese at walmart expecting it to be like nacho cheese at the restaurant, but it was so bad. The cheese taste like the cheese and cracker packets I got when I was a kid. It’s so low quality.

You don’t need to cut the tortilla, just fold in half like a quesadilla, then in thirds.
