A cross between Aji lemon drop and sugar rush peach, this pepper took forever to ripen for me after it started producing, 85 days, but it is amazingly prolific and started producing very early on, noticeable but mild heat, flavor was amazing, extremely bright very sweet and fruity more so then the sugar rush peach’s or Aji lemon drops I’ve had. I’ll be making this into salsa and jams, looking forward to it 😁
