
It’s a variation on the common tuna and mango ceviche from Sinaloa.
It’s delicious.
The sides you see there are caramelized onions, spring onions and chiles güeros, which are common in Sinaloa-style sushi restaurants (the sushi was also great).
The picture is before adding the soy/lime juice that s commonly used for this style of ceviche.
