ghost peppers and Carolina reapers – spice powder?


i harvested about 50 reapers and ghosts with scoville numbers of “extraordinary magnitude”

is there an easy way to make a spice powder to preserve them? i’ve read you can hang them to dry for 3 weeks, take out the stems and grind em up in a blender. anyone done that? do you strip out the seeds and white lining before you blend? any 1st hand tips appreciated.

this batch i’m probably going to freeze whole, i know that works, but i will have another 50+ in a few weeks and am curious about maybe a powder or spice blend.
