Recipe:
-Take 1 pound of ancestral ground beef, add garlic powder and pepper to it and fully cook it on the stove.
-Once the meat is cooked, I’ll take a pot and add avocado oil, onions, and 2 garlic cloves and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
-After 5 minutes ill add the ground beef into the pot (leaving this on low heat) I’ll then take 2 cups of beef bone broth and add it into the pot, then stir.
-Add in the seasonings, 1 teaspoon paprika, cumin, and chili power. Then add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (If you like heat, you can add a bit more of the cayenne pepper).
-Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, and 1 cup of pinto beans and 1 cup of black beans. Stir again.
-Let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stir every few minutes.
-Take another pot, fill with water, and bring to a boil. Pour in your protein pasta and let cook until finished (go off the pasta box instructions)
-When the pasta is done, add it to a bowl, then add your chili overtop, and load on the cheese!
