GOAT MEAT PEPPER-SOUP RECIPE



INGREDIENTS
To first season the goat meat I used: 👉 chopped onions, seasoning cube, salt, curry powder and goat meat spice.

After the meat I half way cooked

Add:
1. Blended pepper (I used 12 pieces of red and 4 pieces of yellow scotch bonnet pepper)

2. 1 table spoon of pepper-soup spice

3. I also adjusted the taste with seasoning, curry powder and goat meat spice.

4. Add water.

Stir and cover to cook till the peppersoup is 99 percent ready.

Add:
1. Scent leaf (allow to cook for another 40 secs – 1 mins and it’s to be served.
