I bought this pepper plant as a plug in early June and it’s more or less the exact same size. I guess I’m not really asking for advice even though I used the help flair. Is this common? I’ve tried using nitrogen to get it to grow but it doesn’t respond. Probably gets 7-9 hours of sunlight, but I live in the UK so it’s not every single day.
