Long time lurker I’ve finally started my own little pepper garden. Bought most of these as seedlings and they’ve been in my raised garden bed. I noticed that all my peppers either only flower or just produce like 2-4 peppers over the course of a month. The plants look healthy, are green, and not wilting or any noticeable issues.
All of these have been planted for 4ish months and bought at Home Depot.
– Sweet peppers: produced 3 peppers (small but tasty)
– Serrano: produced 3 peppers but like 30 flowers (pictured)(also was pretty spicy)
Carolina reaper: lots of flowers but 1 pepper
Im out there almost daily checking for pests and making sure watering is kept up, it does rain alot here and they get 9+ hours of sun.
