Hope everyone is doing well. These are my first batch that has grown in. Are these ripe to pick or should I wait? I only see one that seem like itโs turning red. I tried one and it was not bitter and had a nice kick to it but not like some Iโve tried that my father has grown. His mostly turned red and these havnt yet. Thanks for any advice.
