
I got a bag of these beautiful red (but I believe they turned from green as a few have some green on them) peppers from my CSA. However, they didn't label what they are and sent out so many different peppers this week they weren't sure.
I was thinking perhaps a member of the cayenne family? Calabrian perhaps? They are 4-6 inches long and feel quite meaty. What should I do with them?
