Just learned this year that peppers are perennials and not annuals so going to try to keep them alive through the winter. So far I chopped back 4x individual plants and used bonsai techniques for my cluster of plants. Does anyone have any experience with this or can offer any tips and tricks? They are Diavolicchio Calabrian (Calabrian Little Devil). Any advice is appreciated as this is my first attempt!
