First year trying these peppers out. Did a little prune today to give my jalapeños some more light so they can hopefully turn red before the season is over. I have these guys as casualties, they have a nice flavor/ heat, has anyone grown them before? Any suggestions as to what to do with them? Hot sauce? Dry them out? Pickle them? There are plenty more on the plant.
