Some of my Sugar Rush are finally ripening and they sure are beautiful! Seems like it took at least 2 months for these suckers to turn. Now that highs are in upper 80s instead of 90s all my peppers in our “pepper hedge” are producing like crazy especially the Sugar Rush. Afraid many may not ripen before it gets cold in about a month. Any advice on care if I bring a few plants inside to let peppers ripen.
