  1. Looks good, Sandy. I also add chunks of potatoes to the pot, cover it, cook it slow until the potatoes are done. Talk about wonderful — Yum!

  2. Honestly, didn't finish the video, but thank for the rough draft recipe, (I'm a cook at home dad and do truly appreciate it) thank you

  3. OMG.. 🙂 I made this exactly as you did Sandy. Awesome, let alone I have enough left over for a couple of lunches to take to work. You are very lovely and your home looks happy and warm. Thank you and Blessings from Santee, Ca….

  4. My mother cooked this fairly often when i was growing up, but she always did it with teriyaki or soy sauce and served on rice-a-roni

  5. Yum. I am making this tonight for my kids. I always do the kielbasa first to get a little burnt crust on it, then add the veg. Either way, delish!

  6. Just searched youtube for the first time to see if I could improve on what I've been doing for years. Which is basically what you do Sandy with an exception or two. Start with colorful medley of bell peppers and onion and, in my case, sort of diced pieces of kielbasa. In my case, I lightly steam peppers and onions first since I'm not going to cook them very long in the frying pan. First, saute and brown kielbasa on relatively high heat. While that's going sprinkle on paprika – in our case a lot since we like it quite spicy. When browned, and spiced, put in peppers and onions. Add some chicken stock to make a sauce and, finally, serve over rice with a salad. And a beer.

  7. This looks soooo good, I would be happy to eat your nice recipe. Unfortunately my husband is so picky, he won’t eat any vegetables but corn, carrots, green beans and lettuce. It gets kinda old after awhile to cook two different meals several times a week. When I was a cook in the af we often cooked Italian sausages with peppers and onions and put them on a bun. They were nice. I imagine that is what your recipe might be like.
