  1. I’m one of those grandparents helping raise the grandkids. They are of Mexican heritage and I’m the only one trying to learn to feed them authentically. (I’m Gringo) and I can not say Thank You enough! You girls are amazing! Please never stop! Hugz and blessings

  2. Mmmm looks so good! What is this like compared to birria? I've never tried this, but now I want to! Knowing you made this, it has to be delicious! 🤤❤️

  3. SKIP OUT ON THE BREAST MUCH BETTER IS " CHICKEN THIGHS " MORE FLAVOR AND HARD TO DRY OUT AND HOLDS THE SEASONING AND SAUCE BETTER TEAM SALSA VERDE 💚

  4. chile verde and green chili stew are much different from each other but very similar one is NOT the other….very misleading title

  5. I only had access to poblanos at our grocery store so I used those in place of hatch chilis. I used 4 large poblanos and added a 7oz can of hatch chilis to the chicken/onions mixture. Not sure you’d call it the same thing but it was good!

  6. Snake Ranch farms San Antonio NM The BEST!!!!!!! We have many fabilous local farmers with wonderful Chile around the valley but thats my favorite!

  7. Hatch chili's…only from NM. They bring them in and roast right here in town…its so wonderful the smell in the air is awe…..

  8. So glad I found you. I have never made Chilie Verde with Hatch Chilies. What a great idea! Thanks for the tip

  9. Oh my goodness, I JUST found your channel and I'm saving this recipe! This looks amazing. We live in the Midwest now (military), but when we lived in San Diego I used to buy up as many hatch green chilis as possible to roast and freeze. Here in the Midwest you won't find them anywhere 🤣 I grew some this year in my garden, but didn't get a lot cause of issues with the new bed. However, I have loads of poblanos I need to use up, might try it with those and get a spicy version 😆

  10. Chicken? Chile verde is usually made with pork. Using chicken changes the flavor profile completely. Pass. Thanks
